Abstract

Education is a fundamental foundation in shaping the character and morals of individuals. In the Islamic context, education holds a deeper meaning than merely the transfer of knowledge. The aim of Islamic education is to produce individuals who are not only intellectually capable but also possess noble character and are obedient to Allah SWT. Islamic education encompasses intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual dimensions as a whole. In Islamic education, the values of faith in Allah and His Messenger are crucial in forming a quality personality. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), as the ultimate role model, taught principles such as togetherness, justice, compassion, and a strong work ethic, which should be applied in educational management. By integrating these values, education will create individuals who are not only academically intelligent but also spiritually deep and socially responsible. Therefore, it is essential to incorporate the values of faith in Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) into educational management practices to create a more humane and sustainable educational system.
